1. Level I qualification standard

1.1 Enterprise assets

1.1.1 The net assets are more than 30 million yuan.

1.1.2 The plant area shall not be less than 30000 square meters.

1.2 Key personnel of the enterprise

1.2.1 There shall be no less than 8 first-class registered constructors in construction engineering.

1.2.2 The technical director has more than 10 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and has senior professional titles related to construction engineering; the number of personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in structure, machinery, welding and other disciplines is not less than 20, and the disciplines are complete.

1.2.3 The number of construction site management personnel with post certificate shall not be less than 30, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, material personnel, cost personnel, data personnel, etc. shall be complete.

1.2.4 There shall be no less than 50 qualified welders, painters, lifting signalmen and other technical workers above intermediate level.

1.3 Enterprise project performance

In recent 5 years, I have undertaken the construction of class 2 steel structure project in the following 5 categories, and the project quality is qualified.

1.3.1 The height of steel structure is more than 80m;

1.3.2 The single span of steel structure is more than 30m;

1.3.3 The span of short side span of grid shell and grid structure is more than 70m;

1.3.4 The building area of single steel structure is more than 30000 square meters;

1.3.5 The weight of single steel structure engineering steel structure is more than 5000 tons.

1.4 Technical equipment

It has the following mechanical equipment:

1.4.1 Three cutting equipment (multi head cutting machine or numerical control cutting machine or copying cutting machine or plasma cutting machine or intersecting cutting machine, etc.);

1.4.2 Three drilling equipment (three-dimensional CNC drilling machine or plane CNC drilling machine or radial drilling machine over 50mm, etc.);

1.4.3 No less than 2 end milling or locking machines;

1.4.4 Ultrasonic flaw detector, film thickness gauge (dry and wet film) and other quality inspection equipment are complete.

2. Level II qualification standard

2.1 enterprise assets

2.1.1 The net assets are more than 15 million yuan.

2.1.2 The plant area shall not be less than 15000 square meters.

2.2 Key personnel of the enterprise

2.2.1 There shall be no less than 6 registered architects in the construction engineering discipline.

2.2.2 The technical director shall have more than 8 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, and shall have senior professional title or first-class registered constructor qualification in construction engineering related disciplines; the number of personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in structure, machinery, welding and other disciplines shall not be less than 10, and the disciplines shall be complete.

2.2.3 The number of construction site management personnel with post certificate shall not be less than 15, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, material personnel, cost personnel, data personnel, etc. shall be complete.

2.2.4 There shall be no less than 20 qualified welders, painters, lifting signalmen and other technical workers above intermediate level.

2.3 Enterprise project performance

In recent 5 years, I have undertaken the construction of class 2 steel structure project in the following 5 categories, and the project quality is qualified.

2.3.1 Buildings with steel structure height more than 50m;

2.3.2 Buildings with a single span of more than 24 meters;

2.3.3 The span of short side span of grid shell and grid structure is more than 30m;

2.3.4 The building area of single steel structure is more than 10000 square meters;

2.3.5 The weight of single steel structure engineering steel structure is more than 2000 tons.

2.4 Technical equipment

It has the following mechanical equipment:

2.4.1 One cutting equipment (multi head cutting machine or numerical control cutting machine or copying cutting machine or plasma cutting machine or intersecting cutting machine, etc.);

2.4.2 One set of drilling equipment (three-dimensional CNC drilling machine or plane CNC drilling machine or radial drilling machine over 50mm, etc.);

2.4.3 Ultrasonic flaw detector, paint film thickness gauge (dry and wet film) and other quality inspection equipment are complete.

3. Level III qualification standard

3.1 The net assets of the enterprise are more than 5 million yuan.

3.2 Key personnel of the enterprise

3.2.1 There shall be no less than 3 Registered Architects in the construction engineering discipline.

3.2.2 The technical director shall have more than 5 years of experience in engineering construction technology management, with intermediate or above Engineering Series Title or registered constructor qualification; the number of personnel with intermediate or above professional titles in structure, machinery, welding and other disciplines shall not be less than 6.

3.2.3 The number of construction site management personnel with post certificate shall not be less than 8, and the construction personnel, quality personnel, safety personnel, material personnel, cost personnel, data personnel, etc. shall be complete.

3.2.4 There shall be no less than 10 qualified welders, painters, lifting signalmen and other intermediate workers.

3.2.5 The technical director (or registered constructor) shall preside over the completion of at least 2 project achievements required by level II or above standards of this type of qualification.

Scope of contracted works

Level 1 Qualification

It can undertake the construction of the following steel structure works:

(1) The height of steel structure is more than 60m;

(2) The span of single span of steel structure is more than 30 meters;

(3) The span of short side span of latticed shell and grid structure is more than 50m;

(4) The total weight of single steel structure engineering steel structure is more than 4000 tons;

(5)The single building area is more than 30000 square meters.

Level II qualification

It can undertake the construction of the following steel structure works:

(1) The height of steel structure is less than 100m;

(2) Steel structure with single span less than 36m;

(3) The span of short side span of grid shell and grid structure is less than 75m;

(4) The total weight of single steel structure engineering steel structure is less than 6000 tons;

(6)The single building area is less than 35000 square meters.

Level 3 qualification

It can undertake the construction of the following steel structure works:

(1) The height of steel structure is less than 60m;

(2) Single span of steel structure is less than 30m;

(3) The span of short side span of latticed shell and grid structure is less than 33m;

(4) The total weight of single steel structure engineering steel structure is less than 3000 tons;

(5) The single building area is less than 15000 square meters.

Note: steel structure engineering refers to the construction engineering that the main bearing beams and columns of buildings or structures are made of steel and installed in the factory.
